ARNST WITHDRAWS HIS CHALLENGE. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Roc. September 5, 0.10 a.m:) London, September 4. Arnst has withdrawn his challenge to Barry for the world's sculling championship, and will return to Australia on Friday. He has stated that as ho twice .virced to Barry's terms, he will expect him to visit Australia on the same terms as the last race. ' Barry thinks this will be impossible.
