CONSTRUCTION TO BE EXPEDITED,

The Admiralty, which, it was stated on Friday, was expediting the'launch of the battleship Iron Duke by a month, to enable the earlier laying down of a larger successor, has decided also to expedite tho launching of the Marlborough by a month in orde,r that another battleship may be laid down. UNASSAILABLE SUPERIORITY. (Rec. September 2, 9.40 p.m.) ■ London, September 2. Mr. Winston Churchill, First. Lord of the Admiralty,'in a speech at Dundee, said tho policy of the country was to keep the Fleet ift a state of unassailable superiority and efficiency, and that policy would continuo under all Governments.
