MATTERS FOE SETTLEMENT. By Toloirraph—Press Association-CoDyrizht London, August 30. The "Daily Mail's" Rome correspondent reports that there is every pipspeet of official pourparlers regarding the Tripolitan trouble. Turkey, he says, has renounced her suzerainty of Tripoli. Matters remaining for settlement include the questions of an indemnity, capitulations, customs, and disposal of the iEgean Sea question. He adds that unless official pourparlers are quickly commenced Italy will reopen an energetic campaign in the iEgean Sea. (Eec. Septoniber 1, 5.5 p.m.) Rome, August 31. Italy is preparing to dispatch 20.000 troops to tie Syrian coast. )
