AUSTRALIAN MEAT. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyriirht Sydney, August 31. Before the Food Commission, the president of the Master Butchers' Association gave evidence that the Hpmebtish sales were described as fat stock sales. Instead they were "knocker" sale?. More than fifty per centum of the meat killed was unfit to be killed, while at Glebe Island it was evidently considered that what was fit for a dog was fit for human consumption.
