DISASTROUS CLOUD BURST.
A TOWN WIPED OUT. By Telegraph—Press Assodatlon-Copyrieht New York, August 29. From Dayton, Ohio, comcs news that a cloud-burst wiped out the town of Lebanon. The water reached to the second stories of the houses. Many wooden buildings floated off in the torrent. i The body of a woman who had recently died, disappeared when the house containing it was floated. It is unknown if any lives were lost. A warning was given of tho approach of tho storm,' and this, it is believed, saved most of the residents.
