INSANE WOMAN ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright New York, August 29. An insane woman named Carolina Beers, who declared that she was waiting to kill President Taft, has been arrested at Columbus, Ohio. Several daggers were found in her possession. Another woman, claiming to be Mr. Taffs wife, was found at a Southern hotel where Mr. Taft was expected.
