Spanish and French portions of the Moroccan Customs duties. As guarantee for the equnl treatment of her commerce Germany will, moreover, claim tho right of inspection as regards Customs administration. • (Rcc. August 29, 11.30 p.m.) London, August 29. Tho Paris correspondent of "Tho Times" says one of tho chief delays in framing (ho Franco-Spanish Treaty is due to questions arising- out of the methods of collecting Customs in tho -French and Spanish zones.
