Borden, replying to a deputation from the Women's Political Union, said -he did not intend to introduce a Women's Suffrago Bill in the Canadian Parliament. The deputation hinted that the union might instruct - Canadian women to resort to militant tactics; also to advise intending emigrants to go to Australia and New Zealand of to Canada. Mr. Borden retorted that such a threat vould not influence his decision.
