— » GROUNDS OF THE APPEAL. By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyricliV Sydney, August 27. There is a very strong Bar in the Coal Vend appeal caso. ' The appellants are the Adelaide Steamship Company, the Howard Smith Company, the Huddart-Parker Company, and the M'llwraith-M'Eachorn Company. Tho grounds of appeal aro that the alleged wrongful act arose from the Coal Vend agreement, with which! tho appellants had nothing to do, and that the evidenco had failed to establish any intent to restrain or control the supply or price of any service, merchandise, or commodity by the appellants or any other defendant. ,
