Tlio "Daily Chronicle's" Constantinople correspondent reports that King Nicholas has called out the Montenegrin Army, and that fighting is proceeding on the frontier as though war had boon. declared. Tlio destruction of Christian, villages near Berana has been resumed by tho Turks, and barbaric acts havo been witnessed. Seven heads were carried on poles about Berana, and children havo been mutilated. Tho Montenegrins havo reoccupied Berana, and are besieging Turks in the fort.
