' Dr. Snn Tat Sen, one of the principal instigators of the Chinese revolution, has arrived at Tientsin from tho south. The object of his visit is to try and settle the differences between' North and South. He is optimistic as to China's future. A MAGNIFICENT RECEPTION. (Eeo. August 2G, 0.35 a.m.) Peking, August 25. Dr. Sun Tat Sen has arrived. He received a magnificent reception, rivalling that given to tho President Yuan-Shin-Kai in November last.
