ASKS FOR BAIL. By Telegraph—Press Association— CopyrieM Melbourne, August 23. Moore, the burglar with whom Mr. Geoffrey Syme, ono of the "Age" newspaper proprietors, had a desperate struggle, has been discharged from the hospital. He was brought before the Court and 'charged with burglary and wounding Mr. Syme with intent.to murder him. Prisoner asked for bail on h& own security, adding: "I think it might be to my advantage to get out and have a look round a bit."
