Kenny on the largo organ, and a specially- trained squad from the Boys' Institute Cadets, under Captain Simosn. His Excellency the Governor will attend, together with the Hon. Maurice Baring. Most of the Garrison ofbeers will also be present. Permission for the territorials to appear in uniform has been given by the Officer Commanding the. district. His Excellency will bo recoived by Mr. T. M. Wilford, M.P., the president of the asseciatica, and a guard of honour and the band will be supplied by, the Fifth Begimcnt. The Highlanders (in full uniform) will bo on duty in charge of the hall. The AVellington Pipo Band has very "kindly placed its services at tho ' disposal; of the association, and will play -the Highlanders from the Government Buildings'-to ' tlie.-. Town Hall! Tho band of the Fifth Regiment will plnj the territorials from the Drill Shed to tho Town Hall. The booking at the Dresden is reported satisfactory. To who wish to encourage rifle shooting, this provides a pleasant epportunity of doing so.
