NO AGGRESSIVE INTENTIONS.
By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. August £2, 11.35 p.m.) Paris, August 22. The Prime Minister, M. Poincnre, has returned from Russia. He was given an oration on his arrival in Paris. Ho declared that tho allianco between Russia and Franco has increased in vigour, wliilo tho friendliness with Britain has broadened its effect. There was nothing aggiessivo in the peaceful grouping of tho Entente.
