Mr. Janies Allan has been appointed Assistant Fields Instructor attached to the Agricultural Department. A Sydney Press Association message states that Dr. Jlackin, of Wellington, has returned after a year's tour of the world, during which he visited many leading European and other hospitals, and gained much valuable information.
