CANADIAN CADETS'. MESSAGE.

The Commandant of the Canadian Cadets,.now touring Australia, in a speech here said he had been requested by Sir Charles Tupper, son of the Canadian pioneer, to givo the following message to Australians:—"ln.time of'trouble, great and small, can depend on Canadians to give their lives, money, and everything they have to helj) you or any other part of the nation to remain a portion of; the Empire."
