, DETAILS OF TEE SPRING PRO: GRAMME. /Dhe Haake's Bay A. and P. Associations spring show, which is to be held on October 15 and 18 next, will be the first important spring fixture for stockowners. According to the schedules, which have just been issued, the total number of classes is 561, Or thirteen more than last year. The principal additions are, a class for the best Mounted Rifles horse belonging to one of the men of the territorial force and actually used at drill, three new classes for Romnoy sheep, and two classes for five wethers and five lambs respectively to.be frozen and consigned to London on owner's account. I'heso are to bo judged first in the show pens and again by the London agent, prizes being awarded on each occasion, and the direction to the judgo being "to be judged on quality" alone]" Men in charge of teams of draught horses will notice an alteration in the description of their class.which now rrads ''teami... of r draught horses" and not "team of plough horses" as last year. The horses must be in regular work up.to the time of-the show, anj] the prizes, of which, there arc three, go.-'to the men in charge. Another new class is for grade.Shorthorn yearling heifer. New special prizes are offered by Messrs. C. L. Lagor, Lowry, North, H. E. Troutbeck, H. L. Shield, and D. Campion in the horse sections and competitions, by Mr. Douglas M'Lean and Messrs. do Pelichet, M'EeodandCo: in the sheep section, by Mr. T. Cottor for working dcg. and.by Messrs. Blythes, Ltd., Mrs.Rains and Miss King in the needlework 'section. . . ■ -
