LONDON DOCK REFORMS.

PRODUCERS' REPRESENTATIVE I RETURNING. The secretary of the New Zealand Projuicers' Association (Mr. E. C. Jack) lias wen' advised that 'as a result of further negotiations with ' the Port of London Authority, Mr. F. J. Shelton, the association's representative in London, is returning to New Zealand immediately, to lay ccrtain' important proposals before the association at this end. Mr. Shelton was to leave London by the Arawa, which was expected to' sail yesterday, and is due about the end of next month. No particulars of the proposals have come to hand yet.
