Tho Admiralty is requiring, before the end of March next, «u additional 10,000 men, and invites seamen and stokers on becoming entitled to pensions to re-engage for a further term of five years, receiving the usual pay besides their pensions. Special service seamen and stokers on completing their five years afloat are also invited to re-engage for three years, with a corresponding reduction in their seven years' service in tho reserve.
