ADMIRALTY PLAN TO INCREASE STRENGTH. By Teloeraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. August IC, 11.10 p.m.) London, August IG. Tho Admiralty is requiring, before the end of March next, «u additional 10,000 men, and invites seamen and stokers on becoming entitled to pensions to re-engage for a further term of five years, receiving the usual pay besides their pensions. Special service seamen and stokers on completing their five years afloat are also invited to re-engage for three years, with a corresponding reduction in their seven years' service in tho reserve.
