FOUNDATION DAY.

WELLINGTON CENTRAL MISSION. The president of tho Methodist Conference, tho Rev. W. Ready, of Aucklaudi will be in Wellington ou Sunday to conduct tho foundation-day celebration, 1 of tho Wellington Central Mission. It is clovon years to tho day sinco tho mission' was founded, and three services will bo hold at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. A pleasant Sunday afternoon gathering will bo held in tho Now Theatre at 8 o clock, at which Mr. Ready will toll tho t story of his lifo "From London Street to'Prcsidont's Chair," by request. The Rev. G. S. Cook will preside, and Miss Muriel Bennett will sing '•Consider tho Lilies." Special interest attaches to tho visit of Mr. Ready, through his being tho founder twenty years ago of tho Duncdin Central Mission. Tho president will preach in the morning at Herbert Street Hall, and in tho evening at tho New Theatre.
