GIG FALLS OVER EMBANKMENT.
TWO MINISTERS INJURED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! Tlmaru, August IG. After attending tho induction of tho Rev. J. Craig to tho Presbyterian CliUTch at Faii-lie on Thursday evening, the visi'ing ministers woi'o driving home when a serious accident befel two of them. This Rev. I'. Wilson, of Albury, nnd tho Rev. C. Mncdonald, of Tcmuka, were in a gig. going at a good puce when tho liorso .shied and upset tho vcliiclo down 1111 cmb.iTfkmcnt at tho approach to a small bridge. The gig was smashed, and tho two ministers considerably hurt. The next party, including two other ministers, picked them up and drove back to Fairlie for medical attention. Mr. Wilson ia seriously hurt about tho head, and remained at Fflirlie. Mr. Macdonnld sustained cuts and bruises to liis face and legs, nnd shock, but was ablo to return home.
