After writing-off .£155 "9s. sd. of land, buildings, and plant for depreciation, and £SG 15s. 7d. of water siipply plant, tho profit available (including ,£2S 18s. 4(1. brought forward from Inst year) is .£SB" 9.5. The directors recommend that this be dealt -with as follows:—Payment of a dividend of G p?r cent, on sharo capital, ,EG7 14s. 3d.; payment to suppliers of a cash bonus of Ud. per lb. on buttpr-fat supplied during August and Spptemher and Id. per lb. for remainder of year (making a payment of Is.
