PROPOSED TRAINING FARM. By Tclccraph-Presß Association- Copyright London, August 13. Sir William Hall-Jones and Sir John M'Call, Agent-General for Tasmania, publish articles 'in the "Review of Reviews" approving of the emigration of children. ■ Sir John Taverner, Agent-General for Victoria, suggests that the Imperial Government should inaugurate a farm of 1000 acres for the training of boys, and that from this farm the Dominions should draw their farm hands.
