Dr. Lowthor Clarke, Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne, has been presented with an illuminated address from the., leading laymen in his diocesc. In replying, tho Archbishop stated that (he J!1000 awarded hiin in his late libel action against tho newspaper "Truth" had been absorbed in costs over and above those allowed by the rules of the court.
