A Chinese steward aboard tho steamer Guthrie has ' been tined <£100 for being concerned in the landing of prohibited im T migrants. Evidenco was given that a hole had been cut in the saloon tioor and food passed through to three Chinese stowaways in the hold, whom the accused was caught bringing ashore.
