This elaborate courtesy is commented upon by the French press. According to tho paper "Gaulois," tho ICaiscr is aware that,tho Russian Government and M. Poincare are about to discuss how far it will bo possible for the Triple Entente (Franco, Russia, and Britain), to co-operate with the Triplo Alliance (Germany, Italy, and Austria), with | a view to common pacific action.
