The Washington correspondent of "Tho Times" reports that Mr. Roosevelt is arranging to visit every Stato in the union. Tho proceedings at the Progressive Conve lit ion at Chicago greatly impressed Mr. lioosevolfs enemies, but , Mr. Woodrow Wilson, tho Democratic candidate, is still the general favourite. Mr. Roosevelt" s convention has ended by equalising tho odds upon Taft and Roosevelt for second placo, It is intensely significant, the correspondent adds, that the Radical third party should be considered to have an oven chanea of becoming after November .the second party.
