The correspondents of tho "Montreal Gazotta" and "Toronto Globe," who aro with Mr. Borden (tho Canatlinn Premier) in England, state that Mr. Churehill will visit Canada in September with a battleship nnd an imposing squadron under Prince Louis of Bat+enburg. It is understood that Mr. Borden will ask Sir Wilfrid Laurior to confer with Mr. Churchill regarding a permanent naval policy, and proposes a round-table conference representative of tho various Canadian political parties. There is somo opposition amongst British Ministers to Mr. Churchill's visit, duo to their unwillingness to influence Canadian opinion.
