W. / Kusjell as first liontenant. Subsequent inquiries, proved.-that the rumour was cltogethcT without foundation, .and tho question of who shall be leader is still to !>d settled. The four Labour members "svero invited to attend tho caucus, but awne of them were present at it. "Thflt is a long story," said an Opposition member in reply to a query as to how it came about that Mr. G. W. EnsMil .opened' the Financial debate for the , Opposition.
