London offices near the Australian site in Aldwych. It says the present dispersion of tho High Commissioners and Dominion agencies is a real hindrance to their practical utility. The i "Post" quotes Messrs. George Fowlds and G. W. Russell as in favour .'of NeW Zealand moving, and expresses the hope that Mr. Borden, Prune Minister of Canada, will arrange for a change immediately.
