Tho thirteenth annual meeting of the Wellington. Employers' Association was held in tho employers.' room, Woodward Street, Inst cvoniiig, Mr. W. H. Bennett presiding over a good attcudunco of members. Tho annual report (already published) and balanne-shoct wcro adopted. y Tho election of officers resulted in the re-election of Mr, W. H. Dennett as nrosidont and Messrs. J. Bcveridec and Young as vice-presidents. The following were elected ns. the executive, committee for tho ensuing year:—Messrs. W. Allan, T. Bnllinijer, C. M. Banks, G. Cathie, W. Cable, Aliix. Caiiipbfll, William Campla'll, 11. Coull, l>. C. Crease, 11. W. Davios, W, J. Gaudin, J. liodlwr, William Hopkirk, F. Kitto, M. Xlanthol, T. Mmit, W. .M'Lav, F. IJonse, 0. Kussell, K, A. Scott, W. L Thompson, \V. h. Thompson, V. Towusond, S. S, Williams, W. Wolland. Jlr. W. C. Stephens was re-elected auditor. .Messrs. W. Hopkirk, T. Bullingcr. .1. Godlmr, and the lion, C. M. Luke were appoiniod representatives on tho advisory board of tho Now Zealand Employers' Federation and delegates to the employers' annual conference. Mr. William I'l'yor, Focrelary of the Emploj im's' Federation, and several members iit'ldrossofl the meeting on labour and industrial matlor.«.
