The executive of the • Marlborough branch of the New Zealand Tanners' Union has decided upon an organising campaign, and has written lo the Organising Committee of the Wellington province with the object of securing tho ~ n services of Mr. J. C. Fowler, the p'rovinIcial organiser, to undertake tho task, Satisfactory arrangements having been made, Mr. Fowler will leave, fur Blenheim early in August. A WTNXER OF COMPETITIONS.
