REFORM CONFERENCE.
. o ■ BIG HALLY IN THE TOWN HALL, Delegates from oil parts of the Dominion are lo assemble in Wellington on this day week (August 5) to attend a conference of the New Zealand Political Heform League. On Saturday next tho local branch of the league is lo entertain the delegates at an "at home," to 1» held ill the "Svdnev Street Schoolroom, which function will lie attended by the Pnmo Minister (the Hon. W. F. Masscy), members of tho Cabinet, and the Reform members of Parliament. On tho Monday evening following (tho first day of the conference), there is to bo a monster rally at the Town Hall, at which speeches will be delivered by tho Prime Minister and other prominent members of tho party. Tho arrangements are in the hands of Mr. R. W. Gilbert', secretary, of the iCing's Chambers. > THE OTAGO BRANCH. (By Telegraph.—Fras Association.) 1 Dunedin, July 27. Tho Otogo branch of the Reform Leagua was addressed last night by Mr. Jones, the organiser, after which the following delegates were selected lo attend the Wellington confereneo: —Messrs. W. Burnett, T. Mitchell, .lohu MacGregor, T. K. Harty, T. Scott, and E. P. Algio.
