FOURTEEN MINERS DROWNED. By Teleeraph—Prcsa Association—Copyright Vancouver, July 21. At Uniontown, in Pennsylvania, fourteen miners wero drowned through water rushing into tho mine shaft at the Frick coalmine, owing to the Evans Station reservoir on the mountain-side bursting.
