WELL-KNOWN MUSICIAN' ARRESTED. By Teleerapli-Fress Aesoci&tion-Cop.itiirlit London, July 2i. Dr. Ethel Smyth, tho well-known musical composer, has been arrested on a charge of complicity with Helen Craggs, the suffragette who assailed tho Home Secretary, Mr. R. M'Konna, in the King's presence' at Llondaff, and who was subsequently arrested near Mr. Lewis Harcourt's residence at Niuieham, on a charge of attempted incendiarism.
