HOSTILITIES TO BE SUSPENDED. By Tcleeraph—Press Association—CoDrrip:lit Constantinople, July 23. Tho, Porte has ordered the suspension of hostilities in Albania. Measures of pacification have been initiated. Fierco fighting is recorded in li defile of Tchernalova, ending in the retreat of tho Turkish troops. Fifteen thousand rebels have assembled at I'rishtina.
