The Commandant at Hankiui has telegraphed to Peking' that unless the National Assembly will ceaso to obstruct tho Government ho will bring troops to Peking and burn out tlio Assembly. Yuan-Shih-JCai is gaining support from all parties except the Tung-men-hue, which desires Dr. Sun Yat Sen as President and Tang Shuo-yi as Premier.
