TRANSPORT STRIKE
APPEAL TO AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rcc. July 23, 10.35 p.m.) Melbourne, July 23. The secretary of the Trades Hall has received a cable message from tho transport, strike leaders in London, asking whether Australian workers can financially help a ihillion starving transport workers and their families, who are in urgent need. The appeal will be considered on Thursday.
