MINING COOLIES RIOT.
*■ TROUBLE IX DUTCH EAST INDIES. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Tho Hague, July qi. Three bundred Chinese coolies rioted in the Government; tin mines, on the Island of Biinka, in (ho Dutch East Indies. They attacked the manager's oflice and killed one of the staff. Tho coolies defied the troops, who fired upon them, killing' six and wounding twelve.
