MI'JN" WITHDRAW NOTICES. Uy Telesraph—Press Association—Copyright Newcastle, July 22. Practically all tho wheelers and shiftmen at Helton, Burwood, and Se'apit collieries have withdrawn the. notice given recently to cease work in preference to allowing their case to be decided by the Colliers' Conciliation Committee. A feeling of relief has been caused throughout the district.
