[Special]; written for The Dominion! MONDAY. Vegetable Soup. Grilled Chops. Potato Chips. Cabbage. Urney I'mlding. UENEY PUDDING. Quarter pound of flour, 1 teasnoonful carbonate of soda, 2oz. sugar. 3oz. butter, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoonful jam. Beat the butter and sugar to n cream. Add the eggs and beat thoroughly, add the jam. Stir in tho flour and carbonate of soda, put into a greased mould, cover with greased paper, and steam 11 hours. Serve with jam sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Leg of Mutton. Sago. Stock. Carrots. Turnips. Lemons. Tasta'.
