L. Deck, of Sydney, son of Dr. end Mr.=s..'l?eild Deck, also, of Sydney. The Itev. .Mr. North- conducted the service. The bride, who, was'given ajway by her ' father,, wore a very pretty trained gown of ivory silk, - : veiled with \<;hite crepo dp-chine, - beautifully braided, and bodice trimmed with hbniton lace, . the handiwork of a friend. The long tulle veil was fastened with clusters of or'ango blossoms, and sho-carried a bouquet of white flowers. Miss Erica Hoby, sister «f the bride, was the only bridesmaid, and ' she wore a frock of white silk crystalline, ivifch a, black Tagcl' hat, trimmed : with vieux'-rose roses, and carried .a bouquet-of violets. The best mail was Mr. Grant, of Sydney. Mrs. Hoby, the mother of the bride, wore a gown if-black silk, veiled with .violet ninon, and a violet hat, with the crown massed with,shaded roses. , Sho carried a bouquet ,cf violet-coloured flowers. . ..-■ ' . . Moral and Physical Health Society. '. On July 12, at a meeting held in the Council Room, Jluseum, by the New Zealand Jloral and Physical Health Society .a discussion took place- upon the siibject of State kindergartenl;. Dr. Platts-JHlls had much to say that-was interesting in regard to-the matter dealt with.
