COUNCIL "STILL IN COMMITTEE." The Mayor (Mr. D. M'LarenJ was asked by a representative of The Dominion yesterday whether the City Council had couio to ally decision at its meeting in committee on AVedncsday evening with regard to the Tramway Board's roport on the reorganisation of the. system. "No," replied the Mayor. "The council did not come out of committee. Another meeting will bo held on Tuesday next." Mr. M'Laren added that in tho meantime tho council was still in committee.
