, „ ANNUAL REPORT. The yepmt to be presented at the annual meeting of the Moslerton' A. and P. Association on July 27 states that as a result of the vigorous canvass made :for new .members during . tho year the membership of the association now stands at 1121, an increase of 268 after making 'allowance: for deaths and resignations. During the year improvements have .been effected to the value of Xj'2s, the principal items being: Improvement in seating in grandstand, netting grandstand and rotunda, roofing cattle pens, and tho erection of substantial dog kennels. .In , addition, shrubs and trees have l>e?n planted about the grounds, which will greatly add to their beauty. During the year a stock fair was held in aid of the funds of the association, which realised, with cash donations, G*. Id. Tho thanks of the association are due to thoso who contributed so generously to ; tho fair awl fund, and to the Associated Auctioneers, who gave their services free of charge. The balance-sheet shows that the por-i----tion of the association, after writing .EtOl 2s. Bd. off improvements and i! 33 Ifls, 3d. off plant,- is improved by .£(185. Nominations for officers and committee for the ensuing year have been received as follow:—President, Mr. Tf. Morrison; vice-presidents, Messrs. Bland Raynjr and John Strang; treasurer, Mr.' D. Caselbfrg: committee, Messrs. J. T\ Dagg, R. J. Dagg, G. C. Snmmerell,. W. J. Welch., aud A, CI. Pilmer. The seats in omiiiittes "f 1911-12 occupied bv Messrs. Caselberg, Rayner, and Strang, linve been filled by Messrs. It. J. Dagg, Summerell, and Welch, while the vacancies created by ihe retirement of Messrs. T. P. Lett and R.- D. Morrison have been filled by Messrs. J. T. Dagg and Pilmer. As 110 other nominations were received, an election will not be necessary this year, all vacancies being accounted for.
