THE RANGITIKEI RACING CLUB.

The statement published ns coming from Mr. John Rou-a, a member of the liacing Commission, .concerning the claims of the Kanptikei Hoeing Club to a return of its totnlisatur permit, has provoked stron" resentment amongst the supporter of the club. JUr. K. Dalrymple, of j'arewauui, Bulls, writing on the subject, says:— "Jlr.
