The' annual report of the Norsewood Co-op. Dairy Company 6tates that tho season's milk produced 292,5891b. of buttor fat. Th« manufacturing account .chows that 321,4741b. of cheese, and 176,9231b. of butter were turned out during tho year. Cheese was manufactured from November 1, 1911, to February 29,-sup-pi lore during these months being paid 12jd. per lb. for butter fat, which, with the proposed bonus added, will bo increased to 14d. per lb. Prices paid for butter fat used for butter-making were: June to October, Is. per lb.; November to February, 111,(1. por lb.; March to May, 1?. perlb. After writing-off .£3OO for depreciation on plant and machinery, the working account shows a credit balance of .£1729 9?. Id., which it is reoommcndwl be dealt with as follows:—Dividend of G por cent, on share capital paid up to May 31, 1911, .£175; sinking fund account, .£400; bonus of ljd. per lb. on butter fat from November 1 to February 29, .£940; bonus of $d. ; per lb. on butter fat from March 1 to May 31, iEl3(i; balance carried forward, -.£7B ss. 2d.
