EXPERIIMENT FARMS.
. . Some changes are ponding in the conduct of the Stato experiment farma. "I hope to do a very great deal more than has been dono up till the present in the way of using' the experiment farms for .What might be called training college purposes, and I hope later to secure somo suitable men vihohave been trained in the agricultural colleges of the Old Country and America for the work that I have in view,", said tho Hon. W; F. Maseey, Minister for Agriculture, to a reporter last evening. He thought his scheme would increase the ■usefulness of the farms, and extend their '■ scope without increasing their cost. .
