Rittner, the Unionist candidate for Hanley, v-ith reference to-the Radicals suddenly becoming advocates of the jingle tax, says it is a. form of lunacy, which recurs at irregular intervals, and is as extreme and moro absurd than the Labour Party's Socialism.
