The Gorman Empress totally ignores Paris and Parisian fashions in h*r dress arrangements. She never deals vith the French capital at all, but she fiets all her gowns from Vienna and London, unless she obtains them from Germany itself. The Austrian city stands very high in her regard for its tailors, uilliners bud dressmakers. Her expenditure in dress is .£2OOO a. year, though sometimes it approaches .£6OOO, and is seldom less than fho former sum. , :
