TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially writton for Tat Doiiitnoit.l SATURDAY. Mulligatawny soup. Ragout of rabbit. Potatoes. Mashed turnips. Baked apple dumplings, SUNDAY. Oyster soup. Colonial gooso. Baked potatoes. Cauliflower. Chocolate 6oufile. Stewed poaches. Baked oustnrd. SUPPER. Ox tongue. Salad. Coconut, merinpuo itart. Fruit salad. COCONUT MERINGUE TART. One pint milk, 1 cup of desiccated coconut, 3 eggs, loz. butter, 1 tablespoonful sugar, grated rilid of a lemon, 2 teaspoonfuls castor sugar. Scald the milk and coconut together; take from the fire, and add the yolks of throe eggs and the whites of on©. Add butter, a tnblespoonful of sugar, and the lemon peel, flakein a tart dish, lined with puff paste. When baked a. nice brown, beat the whites to a stiff froth, add. two teaspoons of castor sugar, put on the top of the- tart, and brown lightly. Serve at ctco.
